Definitely not what I expected for a Novotel. Very dated, no air conditioning, only heat. Key card reader for the elevator only works half the time. I wouldn’t come back here

Awesome place. Indoor pool and sauna were fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful, will try to accommodate all valid demands. Housekeeping staff was very polite too. They were very kind and supportive.

We had a nice stay with my three children. The sofa bed option is very good for travelling with families and also the breakfast was very nice.

I had requested a crib in my room that never came. You had to ASK for robes, because they are not in the room as you are led to believe, and like any other hotel. if you don’t know that, you go to the pool and then you are cold, because they only give 2 towels per room. It was ridiculous! I used themfor my kids so I didn’t have one.
