Me Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The online check-in was very handy, because we arrived at 1:00a.m. The stuff was very friendly and willing to help us, and offered us the free upgrade that we had asked for. The room was big, clean, modern, with all sort of amenities - both bathtub and shower, bathrobes, slippers, safe, coffee machine, etc. - and offered a great view to the castle direction. Also, being on the 7th floor means that you could hear nothing, despite being at the town center, maybe only the next room door closing. The shoe polishing machine that you could find on the corridor was very useful, too, especially since rain is not a rare sight in Vilnius. I knew that the location is spot on, as I have visited the town again. The bus from the airport leaves you in the opposite side of the hotel and the same goes for the transfer back to the airport! The hotel is actually situated in one of the high streets of Vilnius, where you can find shops, supermarkets and everything else you wish for. Furthermore, it is in the center of all the things that you would like to visit and when the night comes the street round the corner gathers some of the best nightlife bars and restaurants. And when you get back to the room, you enjoy a very nice and relaxing mattress, with equally good pillows. The bed is not that big, but you can enjoy the view to the town anytime, seating on the sofa next to it. Our stay elevated our trip to a very positive experience and the Novotel Vilnius is highly recommended, whether you are planning to visit the town or are looking for a new destination. The free upgrade did make a big difference and we owe a HUGE thanks to the hotel stuff! If we had to be picky, the only thing that we would improve would be the signal on some TV channels, but this is, still, 10/10!

I booked 2 rooms for my family and we stayed twice in this hotel. The personnel is really friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable, good beds, the kettle is also in the room. The baby cot can also be provided. The breakfast offers the large variety of dishes.
