The location was fantastic! Being situated right in the heart of the Old Town meant everything was within easy walking distance. I particularly enjoyed having the Old Town Square and the Palladium Shopping Centre just a short stroll away. Additionally, the convenient access to public transportation from the hotel was a big plus. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. My room itself was clean and comfortable, which is exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring Prague. While some might find the rooms on the smaller side, it suited my needs perfectly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at your hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Prague. Well located, clean & overall a good stay

Overall a well located, good & clean hotel with helpful, knowledgable & polite staff (dealt with some last minute changes very quickly & efficiently). Room was small & clean, though slightly dated in its appearance (wasn't an issue as I hardly spent any time there, really only to sleep & get changed). The bathroom small, but very clean (shower was hot & powerful). Breakfast was good with a range of bread, fruit, cheese, yoghurts meat & pastries (I didn't have the hot breakfast food). Would I stay in the hotel again, yes as it was good value & a good location.

Excellent location, room was good, rude staff

Parking very expensive (almost 60€ for 2 nights). None of the receptionists we encountered were even remotely friendly, especially the one who did our check in, I don’t think he likes his job. Because of this we will not be staying here again. The bartender was friendly though and his cocktails were good. Location is great and the room was good.
