Stay was good, was there overnight to catch an early international flight. Only issue is that I never received my invoice via email on checkout. Requested twice via the app but no response. Ended up calling hotel to ask for invoice

Location good. Staff friendly. Porter very helpful with our heavy suitcases. Shower overflowed in bathroom. Very noisy especially at night.

We always stay at this hotel when we fly because of its perfect location of course. However, the rooms and beds are always comfortable. The restaurant food and service is always excellent. We appreciate the extra benefits that our Accor membership gives us.
