The only good thing was the friendly staff and the size of our suite. But all the other things disappointed us. The beds was bad not comfortable at all, the pillows was so bad also .. the wooden door of the fridge was falling. The shelves had lots of dust .. the garbages was without a bag for hygiene purposes, the dirt sticks there they only throw whats inside. The food also was not good, the shrimp fried rice was our favorite for years but now no, the chicken burger and the beef where not cooked well also. VIE hotel was our favorite destination for staying in bangkok for years since 2017, and we always recommended it for our families and friends. But after this visit we think we should look for another choice.

I’m very happy for my long holiday with my big family, I have been stay at this Hotel for 2 time, this is my 3rd time to come here, and every time when I came here, I feel very comfortable with good service and warm welcome from the staff, I and family very enjoy with Big dinner and good service from there service and very nice SeaFood Buffet and my family very happy to have a dinner together with good memory, surly I will come back soon.

Time of wonderful holiday at VIE. This hotel very convenience. Because located at center of Bangkok. Very comfortable to go anywhere especially shopping center. And dinner was a very appetizing buffet. All the food was laid in various ways and looked interesting. And when I tasted, it was a very happy time to have delicious food. Their staff very polite and good serve, And would like to say thank you K.Beer and K.Johnny his serve very warm welcome. Absolutely I will come back to stay at VIE soon

This Hotel very beautiful area, I think it's very convenience, this is not my 1st time to come hear, this time I come for big dinner with my family for Songkràn Festival we are enjoy the diner so muçh, when I came hear I have good memory to stay here with my family and my freind, they are very good service, warm welcome for all of the guest and especially the room and alll public area very clean, I surly will be come back again in near the futures.
