Dear Mario DI ROSA, I am 100% sure you have heard about my case - so let me please tell you my version of the story. The truth is always somewhere between. And the truth is because of manager of Adagio access Nice made such a fas because I left her property after 2 hours inside without real money payment for the first night. 1) Yes I did (and didn’t try to hide it) BUT no one from the reception staff Did not tell me I have to pay even for 10 min spent in the hotel; 2) The bill was 56€ and I have earned 32 000 status points during the current year - think about the numbers please; 3) The hotel blocked my 4000 points = 80€ - so even if it was her principal position I really don’t understand where was her loss in that situation. Because of her calls to your receptionists I was got completely wrong and treated like a … At first night people promised me upgrade to suite then cancelled it. And few ours later told me to immediately pay all bills, pack up and leave the property. I was shocked. Alone in new country in new city. More that that reception of your hotel blackmailed me of suspending my Accor card and even of calling the police. How come? What have i done? Ask inside yourself please. Yes sometimes I can overdone with some words. Can be rough. Yes I am a demanding person. But it is not a crime. 4 stars hotel staff have to be stress-resistant. And in wast majority of cases if I’m wrong - I come to say sorry. Haven’t you never shouted on your team? But financially you not be able to find any Accor property within my all 5 years with Accor which have had any financial problems with me. You have lost solvent and really loyal client. Adagio 2 stars hotel so probably their management act like this with anyone and automatically but from Mercure I couldn’t expect such behavior. Thank you and good bye.

Stayed for three nights. A thick layer of dust coated everything. Advised reception who sent maintenance man to check. Was not resolved for the whole stay yet asked a couple of times. Plug sockets fell out of the wall leaving wires exposed. Shower in bath in a very small space but the only way that you can stand under the water is to stand with you feel on the slopes of the bath sides. You can not stand with your feet flat. It was extremely slippy and dangerous and had to hold on with one hand at all times. There was no wi fi at all in the rooms. The senior reception lady , long blknd hair was so rude. We asked to leave luggage and despite there being a locked luggage room she made me put it in the office with an open door where people passing it could see. The staff member whe we collected it was very confused as to why it was there. Waited at reception f9r ages, she is in the office on social media. She did not explain how to get into pools or exit to beach or towels. Added breakfast without asking us. Only discovered this on checkout! However, some other staff at other times were so helpful pleasant and polite. Location is great, five minutes from lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Thank you to the lovely maintenance man who sorted the plug sockets. He took the tome to answer some questions that that lady on reception shrugged her shoulders at even though he d8dnt speak much English took the time to use a translation app. Parking is paid and if the hotel don't have any, parking nearby can fill up and you might have to walk 10 mins to car park. We didn't eat. We tried to have a drink but gave up after waiting 15 mins whilst staff that said they were coming stacked plates and didn't serve us. A shame as service elsewhere in the town was amazing. An absolutely beautiful town, and short taxi to saint Raphael is worth it

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach and with the Port area on its doorstep. That’s all outside of the hotel. Inside the hotel, the decoration is tired. The reception staff are not responsive, too many mistakes and a lack of a personal service.

We had a lovely 3 days over a weekend. Found the staff really helpful,, changed our rooms with no problem. Really close to beach and port. Excellent value for money

+ Comfort of refurbished rooms is improved. Manager is working hard. - Overall maintenance is to improve: loose tiles on external lunch/garden floor: umbrellas piled up unorderly in garden corners, lack of personnel in bar and breakfast room, why has boiled egg holder been removed? - No restaurant facility
