Thank you ibis navi mumbai for making my stay comfortable!! Really enjoyed my time at ibis, We enjoyed our meal at the restaurant, staff was very polite and had positive attitude towards us! I would like to mention chef Shubham for making cheese omlet for us! The serving staff specially Harsh, rohit and abdul were very helpful and polite, Thank you ibis for making our stay comfortable

I have change 2 rooms for Ac and when calling restaurant for cutlery and plates they are telling to come down or resturant is busy or else , atleast this level of hotel have service good. I never faced this type of things in other hotels. Many time they agreed to sent but after 20-30 min I have to again remind them .

Not getting proper service from from ibis(did not get tissue papers after calling to ibis room service)
