The breakfast is excellent and staff is friendly. Room ambience and facilities needs improvement, such as a water kettle, ironing for clothes and two cups with basic cutlery should be available in the room. It will facilitate the guests for a cup of tea/coffee at their own comfort .

Lovely short stay, the rooms were cosy and the beds were comfortable, the receptionist checking in was nice and friendly, felt a bit sorry for her because she was dealing with a rude asian customer who didn't speak french and came across aggressive and frustrated, when i arrived. Really enjoyed walking around the area, it was a lovely sunny day, a bit chilly but definitely got some great memories here.

The hotel is well located and close to both bus and Tram stop. Making it easy to access. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and has an amazing breakfast.

OK Overall - but room lacked any personality or facilities and issue with pricing

the lobby area and breakfast were nice, but not even basic tea and coffee facilities, bed and pillows were only functional. The worst part was the room rate for walk ins on the day was 60EUR cheaper than advanced booking and the reception staff were reluctant to refund!
