We were a group and six and requested an extra bed. They got us the small foldable bed. We took the junior, royal and another single room in the same floor. I approached the check-in desk to replace the bed with a normal bed since the hotel occupancy was very low as the season did not start yet and my back started getting pain from sleeping on the foldable bed. At the start, he said it is not possible then I explained to him that they can do as they are movable and rooms occupancy is low. He then Lied to me and said tomorrow all rooms are taken. At that point I did not want to argue and just left him. We are not kids and he should have just said it’s not possible or any other proper reasoning. Such non-professional staff are the reason why guests will never come back again. FYI, we extended an extra night and saw that indeed it was not a full house :) And thanks God there are many beautiful hotels in M’diq with staff who am sure are more professional and honest.

We had a 5 night stay at the start of April. Due to the time of year (Ramadan) it was very quiet, however staff could not have done anymore. Abdulla, Yasmine, Fatima, Soufiane, Noufal all took time to greet and chat with every day. The security/door team were also very friendly, and once they recognise you returning the the hotel after a trip outside, they greet you like old friends. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were provided a suite for the entire stay. It was just the perfect start to our 2 week break. The food was lovely, and direct access to the beach was just very convenient. Due to an issue with our rental car having a damaged tyre, the team were simply wonderful in trying to assist with getting it resolved. My son was treated to a daily macaron. Overall the resort is located in a quiet area, however it's perfect for a relaxing break. We will 100% visit again when in the area.
