Budget hotel should only be for size not items working. I was given a room with pliers left on floor in toilet area Sink did not drain and toilet ran all night. Staff knew there was issue and still gave me room

Although the room looks compact but it is very cozy. I would say the room design is kinda unique, it is designed with the intention to maximize the space available. The hotel room concept is good for business travelers, backpackers, or for short stays, and for those who have tight budgets. And we believed all Ibis hotel applied the same standard wherever their hotel is located, so when we found out that Ibis hotel got their version of Ibis “budget” too, at least we know that they have their brand standard, so it was acceptable for us when we saw the room was compact and kinda unique. Besides that, maybe it’s just our bad luck, even though our room was on the 8th Floor, but got a small cockroach near the sink. Luckily, my colleague managed to get rid of it and we can finally sleep in peace. Considering it was for a one-night stay and we got it at a sale price, it's okay. As the name implies "budget", so does what we get, we don’t expect too much from any 2-star hotel. Overall, I loved the receptionist staff’s hospitality and breakfast though. If I may put my two cents in: it would be better while the guest check-in at the receptionist at the same time the staff also inform the guest about the paid amenities because most of the guest did not aware that you guys actually provide the “paid’ amenities.

Considering it was for one night stay, it's okay and nice but please check the door for the toilet and bathroom and cleanliness. some of them could not closed properly and a bit dirty. I loved the host's hospitality though.

The hotel is located close to the city center and train station. However, I think the hotel needs some minor renovation and quality control. The room where I stayed have a stink sink. The bathroom is all right but the door cannot fullt closed. Every time I need to take a bath, the water splashes to thr door and leaking to my room. The way to my room is not well air conditioned. I think the hotel has an AC there but decided not to turn it on regularly.
