I was put in the wrong room, different to what was booked, the agency booked a deluxe King and I was put in a double room. The aircon in the room was terrible & doesn't work very well. I stay at the Pullman often and this experience was quite disappointing to the point I will be staying elsewhere from now on.

On arrival my wife carried all bags and suitcases whilst caring for my two daughters. Not a single staff member offered assistance. A bouncy ball was found under the bed because my daughter had it in her mouth. My 18 month got her neck caught in a rip in the curtain. I cut my foot on a pool tile…pool is in poor shape

Good location central to everything great breakfast & vallet parking nice room - however needs a new office chair as Vinyl peeling

Staff were great but the room was disappointing to say the least. Room lighting poor, internet connection fickle, only one lounge chair when there should have been two, shower water spilt out onto the bathroom floor regardless of how carefully you tried to manage it. Generally, the room felt tired and in need of an upgrade.

Good location, but certainly not worth the cost

The room had very, very poor lighting, there was insufficient areas to hang towels, the paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, there was at times no hot water, there was only one chair at the desk (twin room, 5 days sitting on the bed, horrible pillows, we couldn't lower the air-conditioning so room was hot. The bed was comfortable though.
