I spent only one night this time in your beautiful hotel. I go there every year several times, spending there a total of 10-15 days a year from more than 10 years. So this time i had some problems, small things that never experienced before. 1. The stongest point of the hotel is the fantastic personal, the personal touch in doing the job with the guests. So sending me an automatic letter and trying to convince me to use the check-in robot is not a good way how to welcome a diamond level meber of the hotel group. This is not a cheap Ibis, this is a Pullman, i need the personal check in, the hospitality can not be done by robots. This time nobody was in the All Accor check-in pult, so i went to the normal one. Evereything went profesinal, but with a total lack of personal treathment that is for a diamond level guest is needed. 2. The main problem was with the room 2216. The room is noisy, the elevator noise is very annoying during the night, disturbing the very needed sleep after a long and hard work all day. 3. More problematic was a very bad kitchen smell in the room in late night and early moorning, i am affraid that from somewhere the air extractor from a the staff kitchen somehow was filtrating to the room. Please check it those mentions, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel, you need act accordongly. In overall i love the hotel, the staff, the clean and quiet rooms, the perfect position, so i will comeback soon, but please take care of this mentions. I think this is hotel has the best location in Causewaybay area. Check-in and check-out is timely done. Rooms are clean and well-lit. Overall, very good stay.

I always stay in an executive room as I enjoy using the executive lounge. It is a good value as can eat breakfast, tea time and drinks and snacks at night.

The best thing about the hotel is the location which is away from the wild side. The skyline is viewable from our room which was nothing but spectacular! Close to all kinds of shopping and within walking distance to the MTR. The staff spoke enough English to get you by. Also found a 24/7 mom and pop that served the best Chinese food I’ve had in my life. This is one of my fave places to stay at while in town. Had a chance to try their buffet for breakfast and it was awesome. Ordered some dumplings for dinner and tried room service on our last day which we thought was amazing. If you re in HKG, I think this place is simply amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay at the club floor Park Lane Pullman. Paying that extra gets you nicely renovated rooms, and excess to the club floor. Breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail is served. The food at the club floor was delicious 😋 the staff there were also professional, attentive, sincere and warm. Love their charming service, warmth and smile. Special thanks to Sandy, Julia, June, Neo, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey and Michelle for making my family and I so happy during our stay. Thank you for your attentiveness.
