Hotel was not in great condition. Interior finishes were well worn and in need of maintenance/renovation. Temperature in building was all over the place. A facelift is desperately needed.

The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are in need of a bit of updates. The sinks in both our rooms weren't draining properly and the iron in the king suit was not working. The faucet handle for the shower in one room isn't attached it's just sitting on top. My overall stay score would have been lower however the staff were exceptional! The front desk and valet went above and beyond!

My overall experience with this hotel was extremely bad. There was no working ac in the room. I was told they haven’t switched from winter to summer system yet. The water didn’t warm up and couldn’t shower. One of the beds was broken or leaned towards one side. The phone wasn’t working unless you speaker dial. We were switched to the other room. However the quality of the hotel is not what I expected from the brand. I will not stay with this hotel chain again.

The staff were all extremely friendly, the accommodation was good and the food was impressive.
