Nice birthday stay

it was a very enjoyable stay for 2 nights in the hotel. Everything was well taken care of by butleress Calista. Can tell the hotel is with a long history but facilities are very well maintained. I love the view especially the beach in the evening. Location wise it is a bit far from Sanya airport, which in return gives me a quiet and peaceful memory about it

Beautiful Hotel and area , by the huge , soft sand beach with private Hotel beach area . Few pools where everyone will find lot of fun . Comfortable and luxury rooms make You feel very special. Several choice of restaurants with food for every taste , very nice breakfast with local and international choice of food . What is most important here is the excellent trined stuff who will do everything to make Your stay as comfortable as it is possible. Very oginal welcome program. Seaview from the penthouse was excellent and Diana had given us a full tour and handles all our requests during our stay wonderfully. Facilities are in excellent condition and loved the heated pool. Morning swims were never cold and facilities were kept clean and tidy. The beachside buffet is a must go, excellent food and music to go through the night and very worth the cost. Had a blast at Raffles during my stay and definitely looking forward to my next one. Thanks Raffles for giving me a wonderful experience.

Excellent service provided by Raffles staff. Diana received us upon arrival and gave us an immaculate experience during our stay. Facilities were wonderful as I’ve especially enjoyed the heated pool. Morning swims were wonderful along with the view. The beach buffet was excellent with food and music throughout the night. A definite must have if you’re going to Raffles. Looking forward to my next visit to Raffles and their excellent service
