The room was well prepared, the AC was already ON before we entered, and they gave a small platter of dessert in the room. The room was clean, and the bathroom was excellent.

Felt totally lost in a big place. Front desk staff were not friendly. Felt weird to see a cat lounging at hotel front entrance all the time Saw food and water tray for the cat and found out later it belongs to the GM wife. As a hotel owner I would not allow my staff to have personal pet in my property. I also use the gym and it was hot and not well ventilated. The attendant in the front were just busy playing with her phone the whole time I was there. I personally felt the lack of leadership has cause the current state of negligence for the property. The only folks that were friendly are the security folks at the front entrance that will greet you.

Regarding the cat, it lives in an area where food and drinks are provided to support the sustainable life of stray cats, including sterilization and vaccines. All of this is managed internally and not by the hotel, as informed by hotel staff. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the front desk staff and gym.
