Rooms were great. Location too! There could have been a little more hot food, but I understand you do not often get large groups . Disappointed with the attitude of one member of staff working the day shifts in the weekend - he was rude and very unpleasant to deal with.

Well located, clean but ….

Great location, friendly staff, very clean room but the 3-people room is not really appropriate for three adults in terms of beds. The armchair transformed into a single bed is uncomfortable for an adult.

I feel cheated

For the price that we paid, I have to say that I wholly underwhelmed. Maybe it’s my fault for having too high expectations, maybe I’m a dreamer, but my oh my what a terrible room. Small, cramped, smelly and cold, it is not how I expected to spend 3 days in city of love. It was, in fact, so below the standards I expected for the price I paid that we left after an hour to find a different hotel. Vive Le France indeed, but certainly not Vive Le Ibis. Merci.
