Business stay due to central location

Booked a suite and the room was a bit smaller than the one we had on our previous trip. Was Ok for us, never enough coat hangers supplied for a business trip, frigs tend to defrost and have pools of water in them, we were told it was an upgrade but definitely preferred the room I actually booked which appeared more spacious, never sure about whether the room will be serviced or not as this is dependent on booking price so if you want servicing check first. Don't expect hand towels because we were told that they did not have any. This was our third stay here this year. It all seems a bit hit and miss and for someone who is involved in training in a customer service centric industry I expect a bit more from them

Room was fine but the booking process was ridiculous and was given incorrect information.

Bed bugs and dirty rooms.

Unfortunately I had bed bugs in my room (which I noticed before falling asleep), so had to change room. The staff was very helpful and ensured I could get all my clothes cleaned. Also the rooms were not clean - I found a lot of hair in my bed and the floors were dirty.
