From the time we checked in Darshi and her supervisor Abdel have truly given us an exceptional service. Being in the middle of flood situation here in UAE ,which we had never faced and not being able to return to our apartments both Darshi and Abdel gave us every courtesy and options to enable us to manage our booking at the best possible rates and maximum comfort for my family. Their empathy to the situation truly reflects the values we look for from persons in this service industry which is all too rare.The housekeeping and maintenance staff also are very friendly and professional and service is par excellence. Apartment AC was full and even closed AC but in living room there was AC control socket it was v bad high cooling

The people who cleaned our room ( Semanda and Qasim and Emta) did an amazing job! Everything was spotless and we always came back from a long day of exploring to a big smile on our faces because of how inviting our beds looked ! They never moved our things but always organised them. Very happy with the service.
