Always a pleasure to stay at this property. Parking is a little pricey though and no receipt is provided. I like that I had a room on the back.

The hotel is very cute, loved the lobby area and convenient location to the Metromover, etc. Couple things that could have been better. I stayed in room 319 for 5 days on business. -Iron in the room did not work -Fridge in the room did not work and had a putrid smell that would linger in the room for a while after opening it up -Ordered a coffee from the hotel bar in the morning and the milk was 100% stale and tasted rotten, had to throw out immediately

You are only hotel in my whole life to keep $100 deposit per day of stay! Bathroom was not clean and there was a hair from previous user.

Absolutely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I can confidently say this is the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at… please be careful with your booking. Online pictures are very misleading. Parking entrance and exit is clumsy and they charge 35$ per day for the same which is very expensive, even more than the indoor parking at popular spots. They charge you for every little thing like even if you want to heat something, they ask for 15$ to get a microwave to your room. Also, they call it a downtown but if you do not take a bay view room, its far from downtown, just some random street with not much lights to see. Lastly, the staff is of no help when it comes to resolving any concerns you have and for all these reasons and the behaviour of the staff, we did not feel welcomed at all here and this is def. not worthy of being called a 4-star. They do not value the presence and comfort of their guest, all they care about it getting more and more money.
