My room smells farts after waiting for 2 hours to go in due to early check-in. The reception was good at first until Abdul Kader came in between who screwed the arrangement and chose for me the worst farting smelling room as an excuse that the hotel was fully booked

Nice experience. I got an easy check-in from AbdelKadir who is so professional and kind. He welcomed me and gave an upgrade since I am a gold member. The room was very nice and spacious. I had breakfast only 1 day there, but the breakfast was really bad. I did not like it and it is not a value for money

Very dirty room from the carpet to the drapes and the smell and when i complain they said as i check in late (( i was coming from dubai after staying too much in the airport because of the rain floods and so tired)) So no room was ready despite i checked in online I meet the supervisor that day and ask to cancel my next booking as the room is less than zero cleanliness and i felt that he was not surprised … seems all know And that feeling was confirmed as when he ask me to upgrade the room and i told him it os not about tje room view it is the cleanliness … he said ok i will cancel your next booking

First time stay in Novatal hotel ever but I dad good night welcoming people friendly faces everywhere I go, nice food and service, the only thing I didn’t like was the room floor and bathroom ware dirty Regards Aamir A.

This hotel is designed and run as 1 night transit for passengers. Don't come for leisure or business trips as I wrongly did. The location is ok but no hygiene at all. the level of cleanness is very low or zero. Housekeeping is just for obvious cleaning on the surface, i found piles of old dirt behind the door and curtains. Smoking should not be allowed, but you will smell smoke everywhere; in the lobby everyone is smoking, hallways and lightly in the rooms. Breakfast is ok but some items are not served fresh, but it is ok compared to the rooms and hotel condition. Everything is old and reflects low maintenance starting from lobby to elevators. If not in an airline deal for transit, Don't book this hotel!
