Rebecca of front desk reception is very professional, patient and helpful, especially when handling customer’s requests (eg fix room key, checkout time flexibility, cleanup room etc). Besides, breakfast offered by hotel is value for money

Nice hotel but some weird bits

Tips Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The good bits) lively bar, good bar staff, nice Guinness, but sadly no real ale The weird bits) they don’t activate your pass for the gym when you get there, you have to queue up again to get that, the front desk team is more interested in their computers than the guests, even when dealing with a problem, my laundry didn’t show up, and when I went to the front desk, I found it there, waiting for a payment

This was not the first time I stayed at the Novotel Hammersmith and I hope it is not the last. Great location, transportation a few steps away. The hotel has everything you could need. Very varied buffet breakfast, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff

Up in London for an exhibition opening at Tate Modern, arrived quite late, checked in easily and as a Silver ALL member enjoyed a pint of Guinness. Had a a comfortable night's sleep and a good shower and breakfast and on my way.

Receptionist rude on arrival. Room next to ice machine which was noisy throughout the night. Asked to move rooms but told hotel full. On checking out instead of serving me, Receptionist distracted answering other questions. Awful.
