Well located, very enjoyable stay

Great location, very warm welcome, excellent breakfast and they accept dogs! All really nice! Just one little thing (and that's why I didn't give a 10/10) the telly was not working in our room. When I informed the staff about this minor issue, I was immediately offered to change rooms but I declined the offer (to much hassle with our dog etc). So, all in all, excellent stay in this very friendly hotel.

Warm welcome, easy to check in, great staff at a reception and at the Restaurant. Really good time and very recommended if you stop in Le Mans.

No air conditioning hot room not acceptable for your brand

Concerning the air conditioning in the room which was not activated because unfortunately the weather changes every day and we had not anticipated that the weather was going to be nice that day. Good location, secure parking, shame about the restaurant

Easy check-in at polite reception, added option of secure underground parking. Hotel felt well maintained and room clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Due to bad weather we decided not to explore for local restaurants and ate in the hotel restaurant instead. Service was offhand to the point of dismissive, and food, although prompt, was very basic. Check-out was also polite and efficient, so overall we'd recommend the hotel, so long as you eat elsewhere!

someone needs to be kicked into action

Avoid room 120......the heating is broken, so you get a frozen room that cannot be fixed and apparently cannot be changed. And the restaurant - yet again a new concept. Most of the menu is not available at 1830 when the restaurant opens......reception staff is unfailingly helpful and friendly. But too many issues show a lack of attention to detail, to the basics.
