Stayed for 3 nights. Compact room and small bathroom. Very basic but clean and comfortable bed. Fresh and clean linen. Nice decor. Looks renovated/new. Hotel is right next to Nice Ville train station. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Keep in mind if you’re planning on visiting anytime soon, that the poolside area is under some renovation and there’s construction noise during day time. It did not bother us as we were away during the day time.

Unsatisfactory stay, no slippers or blanket. Construction continuing. Musty smell. Windows letting in cold air. Good location but the most absurd entrance I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Stairs everywhere, difficult with a stroller or heavy luggage.

Ideal location right beside the main railway station and a short walk to the tramway. Near shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms and foyer have recently been refurbished. Looks cleaner and more modern. Very comfortable, smallish bedrooms all recently refurbished. More options now for a tasty buffet breakfast. Nice foyer and small bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. Better to book well in advance to get a better price. Bed and breakfast for two averages between 100 and 150 euro in total per night. Cheaper at weekends. Recommended.
