Well located but slow service

At start at check in tye staff had no knowledge and Non ac room was provided, when asked said whole hotel is non ac so cannot help. Later Miss Chole rectified and gave the room which was there on higher floor and ac was there. So the receptionist who check us in was having No knowledge or had done it purposely or something. Rest stay was good .

Air conditioner has got something wrong and it was extremely hot and seems it couldn't be fixed. Complained it however, I was asked to keep the window open to cool it down by hotel manager. It's very disappointing and You need to revisit the way how you communicate with the customer in dealing with the complaint. I got a new room changed though
