Location a bit far from downtown. Room ok but consider a bit old, especially the carpet Floor. Breakfast just so so comparing to another mercure like in Indonesia.

i was welcomed very politely and efficiently at check in and check out. my room was clean bed comfortable but both days my room was missing teaspoons no dish cloth or tea towel and second day no coffee only decaf . Radio / clock and one bed lamp was not working I reported to maintenance and was promptly sorted.0

Also, apologies for the WIFI issues, this is currently being upgraded throughout the property and unfortunately, we are encountering some minor outages whilst this is underway.
