noisy room

Several times per evening the airco unit on the roof (my room was on 3rdfloor) started and made a lot of noise. There were a lot of refugees in the hotel which made a lot of noise outside in the night from 21st to 22nd March. Sunday 24th March in the restaurant the Hotel people announced that kitchen was closed (sunday!) and that they only a had a small menu. Could that be announced earlier?

During the night we woke up as there was a smell of someone smoking

Issues with the fire alarm

Rooms, restaurant and ambiance in general is quite good. We experienced an issue with the fire alarm going on thru the whole night, therefore, I couldn't sleep at all, first alarm went on at 1:00 am then consistently each hour thru the night. The hotel staff did nothing and unfortunately our stay was not pleasant.

The hotel itself is wonderful. It contained a clean and comfortable room with friendly staff. Ordering food was also not a problem during my stay. Breakfast was delicious and looked appealing. Only upgrade I think would be nice is adding multiple kinds of bread coating like chocolate flavoured (nutella) or different choices of marmelade. The only downside I had during my stay was the location of the hotel. Its location was pretty far away from the center of the city and using bike as the transportation wasnt really easy due to strong wind occurences on the plain fields. Otherwise all in all I did enjoy my stay at your hotel.
