It wasn't the best experience. Mercure chain sets an expectation about standards (service, cleanliness, etc). I did my checked in late (after 21h), considering a day traveling and working, I just wanted to rest. First observation was the bathroom trash was full. The reception checked if what I was telling the truth, asked to check the bathroon and changed me to another room. The new room appeared cleaner, but the bathroom window and tables were dusty. I didn't complain, I concluded that all available rooms would be the same. The desk had some dead insects and in the next days, the desk was clearly not cleaned, the insects were in the same place. The bathroom window and air conditioner was visible that wasn't cleaned for months. Overall the service was good, breakfast with lots of choices.
