Main lights was not working in my room and there was no towels and no shower cap . Please inspect your room before you allocate

During my stay I found the staff were always friendly and prepared to assist as much as possible. Even when I experienced an issue with my allocated room on the Sunday evening it was no trouble and I was given an alternative and offered assistance to move.
