Great location and wonderful rooms and facilities

The hotel has a great modern look. The rooms have a great view and are very comfortable. Gabriela at check in was very helpful and accommodating. The bar area was very spacious with comfortable chairs and a big screen. Excellent location to shopping areas, historical sites, and train station.

We had a very good stay at the hotel though couple of experiences make it 8 and not 10. First, I asked for a quiet room but it would have been quite noisy if I had not taken earplugs. So, sound insulation could be better. Second, we had to call twice to get separate blankets. But a very good overall experience still! P.S. The person who received us when we first arrived was very pleasant and nice, thank you!

Great view and location can't be better

The hotel, situated in the heart of the new town, is an ideal choice for tourists. With bus, train, and metro stops located just 50 meters from the hotel entrance, accessing public transportation couldn't be easier. For instance, a tram directly to the Old Town stop and the popular 180 bus also make stops nearby. Furthermore, the hotel's service is satisfactory. Thanks to their efforts, we were fortunate to secure a room boasting an awe-inspiring view of the Warsaw Cultural Palace and the surrounding skyscrapers. However, the only small disappointment was regarding the TV; while it's of good quality, apps like YouTube were unfortunately not functional.

The staff where friendly and I got a new upgrade as my friend is a Gold member and travels monthly to Poland. The staff at the front desk Agatha and Flip are very helpful and professional. The restaurant/bar staff are some of the most welcoming and friendly staff in my global travels. I had worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years as a cook and travelled from Amsterdam to my birth place Melbourne, Australia every few years.
