Overall I was quite satisfied expect 2 points that could be improved. Kitchen closes at 21:30 which is somewhat early as please consider guests travelling from far away who can arrive late at night. We were refused service at 21:34. The second point is to consider acquiring some normal blankets as for some people like myself it is not possible to sleep with the duvet for medical reasons. No need to add one in every room, just get some in case someone asks for one. Thanks

We generally enjoyed our stay in the hotel. There are a couple of things which can be imroved: room cleaning and space in the restaurant (we had for a free table to dine).

The Novotel Karlsruhe City is an excellent hotel to stay at. It is in excellent condition. The rooms are of modern decor. The staff is very friendly. I liked the exercise and steam rooms, which I used each day I was there. The staff is friendly. I found the breakfasts to be outstanding.
