The room felt old and outdated. The bathroom was not very nice. Food at restaurant was overpriced for what it was and was also really bad! Wouldn't go back.

I checked into hotel 12 April at 420 pm but had to leave at 5pm due to my father had to rush in hospital hence I had to leave. I thought they would have refund me the whole amount of stay but they just refunded the late check out I paid. It was just out of usual I had to check in and check out because of my dad circumstances. But later I checked that cancellation was 6pm on day of arrival so technically I did checked out before 6pm on that day

We booked this hotel as near airport but as it happened the Sydney transport system is so good I wish we had stayed in North Sydney - it wasn’t worth moving for the one night. Shuttle bus to airport was $10 each which is more than the train to the hotel from North Sydney! You could easily walk to terminal 1 it took about 15 minutes. However, my husband has a poorly leg so we had to take the shuttle which in rush hour took about 10 minutes.

Such a good stay. Well trained and professional and personable staff providing a very high level of service. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and there was a variety of public areas to meet up. Bench seating in the dining area was about 6 inches too low I think !
