Front office staff were rude. Further, had almost same Menu / options for breakfast everyday. Haven't observed anything same in any of the Accor hotels I have stayed so far. Disappointed.

Very close to Pavillion Mall, and within walking distance of Suria KLCC using a sky bridge. The only setback to this hotel is the Car Park driveway is very narrow, and easily scratches your car if you are not careful. Very helpful staff around, and comfortable bed sheets.
