Lift broke down on the last day of our stay. Everyone had to carry all our luggage using the stairs to check out. We had people with physical disability, and the hotel staff made no attempt to assist.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the city center and close to a parking garage, so perfectly located. The room was old and outdated and in the bathroom, there was a nasty smell and you could see some dirty spots on the walls. Also, the room was very noisy, I could hear all the people walking by the room and in the rooms next door.

Staff are welcoming and helpful. Reception and bar area is appealing. Rooms are getting better as they are being refurbished.

The Room had a bad smell due to sewer smell, the 3rd floor was almost complete under construction, the first late afternoon/early evening, I heared workers busy. The breakfast was rather good/complete, and Parking possibility was in the direct vicinity.
