Well located but toilet reeks of sewage

Sewage smell coming out of the toilet. I have asked the staff to fix this problem but unfortunately they failed. No alternative room was offered. Plus, water pressure was very weak.

Warm welcome and great check in process. Room condition has improved. This is a much better experience as compared to my previous stay (sometimes last year), in that stay, your staffs are helpless and even rude, give us a very bad experience. Good to see such improvement on this stay, good job.

Stay was fairly acceptable. Services below par, the food ordered (fried meehoon) was poor and grossly overpriced.

Upon check in, my request for transfer to the airport the next morning was denied as I need to make my request earlier. It puzzles me how could I do that when I just landed? The 11.00 pm order from my room was only answered after 3 long attempts, and the limited menu was not a very good start, however, I ordered a fried vegetarian meehoon with clear request that I do not take salt, the dish to be without it. The served dish was way too salty and not palatable, it was also grossly overpriced for a dish of dark meehoon with few pieces of broccoli. This is the most expensive meehoon dish I have ever eaten in all the trips that I have made and eaten at the hotels. The experience was not very pleasant and stay fairly comfortable. My wife and I would not make a return trip to Pullman Hotels as there are cheaper and better choice. Pullman has much to review and improve. Out of 10, I rate 5 only.
