Everything was amazing can't explain in the note 😂. But special mention to Mr. Bibhas. Please give him a promotion and a raise he really deserves it. The other staff deserves a raise too.

Charged more then what Accor site showed

Frint office was not at all friendly...niether they allowed early checkin nor late check out...asked atleast for 1...but they where interested in selling the Add On package that charged 1699 extra...dont know for what reason the Accor site is givjng a request box for the hotel when booking.. Kushboo sharma ...the front office manger was a let down...and unfriendly.... Ibis City centre turned out to be a bad decision just bcause of these front desk attittude to squese the pockets of Accor members...
