Allowed to check in early which was great as both my friend and I wanted to freshen up before the theatre. The room was clean and everything in there we needed like tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Great location for train station and town. Little longer walk (15-20 mins) for harbour side and theatre. Room was expensive for one night and disappointed no breakfast was I cluded with the high cost of the room

The staff is always friendly and nice! I booked the wrong hotel (ibis Bristol Center) by mistake, realizing it at check-in. The receptionist transferred my reservation within a few minutes. 100% recommended.

Handy for trains, clean and comfortable

Always a clean room and comfortable beds and ok for a short stay (1 or 2 nights) but I don’t personally like the new furniture. The bedside tables are too low and the modern shelving for clothes is round with no sides so things roll off. The stand for the kettle and coffee makings look good but are nowhere near a plug so have to be moved to the table and the table moved nearer the plug !! The dressing tables were a much better idea and more practical.
