Good hotel in a great location!

Some of our family stayed in Salisbury over the Easter weekend, what was most striking about our first visit to Salisbury was how friendly and accommodating the local people are. Enhanced still further by the team of the White Hart Hotel where nothing seemed too much trouble! From booking our rooms to the actual stay, none of us could really fault the outstanding service we received. The rooms were of an adequate size and well appointed, we understand the public areas, which are looking a little tired, are due for some renovation shortly. We have no hesitation recommending Salisbury as a great City to visit, and the White Hart Hotel an excellent place to stay!

The White Hart is situated close to the Cathedral and the centre; there is good parking at the back; the rooms are very clean but our "compact" room needs a bit of TLC (the surface of the desk was "bubbled up" in one place and needs stripping). Overall, a reasonable base for visiting this impressive city

Comfy big bed. Gorgeously fluffy pillows. Beautiful decor. Lush shower. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Free drink on arrival as it was a special occasion. Parking at rear for a small fee. My husband and I had such an enjoyable stay. What more could you want! Absolutely brilliant!

Very badly designed room, no shelf space in bathroom, sockets in the wrong place in bedroom, no safe

We’re so sorry that you were unhappy with the layout of the Hotel room, however we have a socket plus 2 USB slots on either side of the bed above the side tables, 2 sockets on the desk close to the mirror, as well as a set of two sockets on the wall. The amount and location of sockets within the bedroom is standard for Hotel rooms, however if you require additional plug sockets, our Reception Team would be happy to help. We would be able to provide you with extension cords, which would offer additional sockets and ease your location issues. Please be aware that our Team is here to assist you with any issues you encounter during your visit and we wish we were able to rectify the problems you highlighted during your visit.
