Great Location Not the Best Service

Small issue when we checked but the hotel reacted. After checking out the deposit was not refunded correctly so we were charged twice. This can only be corrected via email +7 days to respond, and poor cust service when you call the front desk.

Difficult situation staying with kids

the Air Conditioner was broken during the whole stay without prior notice. had to wait several hours for a pair rooms on different floors, since one of the promised adjacent rooms was broken. Such a difficult situation when travelling with kids.
