This is very terrible service and I send it some fossil but this is not yet get and customer hungry to us if we deliver you should keep nicely and will call and ask they say no have we already delivered next time don't do it like that again !!!!! Have to be Good

Good hotel not done well

The hotel and some of the staff are very good. Over all there needs to be a lot of changes. We booked 3 rooms and one room was given in 21st floor. That room has dental kit and conditioner and our room did not have both. You people can’t even provide body lotion. This is very basic. If this property is operating in own terms then you should not use Accor banner.

We had a pleasant stay at Mecure Makkasan. The staff were friendly and polite. We haven’t had any issues during our stay. Location was not bad, relatively close to all amenities and big shopping complex. Shuttle bus was available to take you to the train station which is a couple of minutes away. Though a tad challenging to walk there as there is no proper footpaths on either side of the road. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay we had whilst in Bangkok.

All the staff were very proffessional, friendly, helpful and always wear a smile on their face. They conduct themselves very well and is always keen to offer assistance. 2 names worth mentioning were the assistant manager of check in and NUY the concierge who were always ready to assist. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Only thing is there is not much restaurants around the area and there is no footpath to walk around the vicinity of the hotel. But the hotel does provide transport on an hourly period to the MRT Station which helps a lot. Breakfast buffet selection is decent and the meals offered in the restaurant was quite good.
