Room was a great size for a family. Plenty of room for bags etc. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great! Friendly staff. Only downfall was no secure parking and a mini bar fridge. It was too tiny for kids foods or spare drinks. No freezer. We’d stay again.

Terrible food,dirty room. Drainage in shower were so bad we had to turn off the tap for not flooding the bathroom. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Room not clean. The dinner were the worst we ever had. Refuse to believe a qualified chef prepared those dishes served at the buffet. Paid $88 for it

Good afternoon werner460 It was disappointing to hear the issues experienced through your stay. I have already discussed with the Maintenance team to clean out the bathroom drain and discussed with the Housekeepers the level of cleanliness mentioned. I am sorry that these issues were not brought to my attention when I checked you out of the hotel as we could have discussed these components that need rectifying. The restaurant comments have also been passed through to the Clubs management team. Thank you for staying with us and providing feedback from your stay. Kind Regards Craig

The buffet dinner!!!!! OMG I experienced it in March 2020 and thought it was ordinary but thought it has been 4 years and you should always give everything and everyone a second chance!!!! Never again it was ordinary to say the least, the food was bland, there was a big group of us who attended the travel expo so we stayed at the property on Saturday night just gone, every single person I spoke to said the same, $36 for blah!!! Will definitely go into to town next time. This was the only thing that let your entire venue down.
