The weather, being cool and slightly showery, made the delightful bush environment very peaceful and a joy to wander around.

I loved the feel of being in a peaceful, bush environment with views over Sydney Harbour and yet being in the heart of Sydney. The history of the Old Quarantine Station was great to discover, especially in this time of Covid quarantine - very relevant. My bed was very comfortable and the room was great except a bit stuffy as there was no way to let air into the room as there are no wire screens and didn't want to leave the doors open. I was very relieved that we had a cool spell as there is no air conditioning. The shuttles generally worked well and walking between accomodation and other destinations within Q Station was pleasant and good exercise. Bumped up against a bit of "attitude" from some of the staff but on the whole they were pleasant and helpful. Didn't see any ghosts!

The cottage was the perfect location getting ready for my wedding. There was ample space and it was easy getting a round everywhere. The staff were great and made my wedding experience memorable.

Great relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed in a Heritage Harbourside room. Great views, very relaxing and quiet stay. We were visited by bush turkeys and a possum whilst we enjoyed the views on the verandah. Room had everything we needed and bed was comfy for a restful nights sleep. We walked around the grounds and went down to the waterfront. Great shuttle service runs every 10 minutes so you don't have to walk up hills or drag luggage everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a Harbour View room and had the breakfast, which was terrific. Room was clean and comfortable, but it would have been a little unpleasant in the height of summer without airconditioning. The grounds are very interesting, and much larger than we realised. It is very good there is the shuttle bus to get you around.
