Oh dear what has happened

I have stayed many times. The rooms are great but …….. not wifi on 3 floors , no assistance with luggage when you arrive after a very long and very grumpy staff in the dining area. No priority checkin. Also on what planet do you deliver room service without any cutlery or serviettes. She said she would be back and 3 hours later still waiting. Luckily i had ordered a Club sandwich - a serviette would have been nice. And also luckily i had a teaspoon with which to eat my sorbet. Where has the mini bar gone. Not sure i will ever come back and i am an Accor member - it was so good when it first opened.

A little noisy

Generally all good, but a) the room was surprisingly noisy - both from overflying aircraft and from trucks. Double glazing? b) the breakfast was most uninspiring. Boring in fact. The coffee was always very slow to be delivered.
