One can feel the pampering in the atmosphere once you step in. They don’t let you carry your bags for even a minute. They greet you with a huge smile every single time and show so much respect. The staff is wonderful. The beds are so comfortable. The food is immaculate. Everything about Raffles is just A+.

Everything was good. Butler service including Mohamed Turus assigned to our room was outstanding. Concierge services and room services were great. Didn’t care for spa. Restaurant for breakfast was good but didn’t care for buffet dinner restaurant. We were denied services one night and never returned after that night. Our room was great set up.
