Drinking water tap and water bottles are a great initiative. Marina views are spectacular. Room was well appointed and beds very comfortable. Power outlets in bathroom needed.

I had high expectations for this hotel and what a failure it was! The air conditioner didn’t work at all… asking reception for maintenance they said that they were trying to save power! For a city as hot as Singapore and a five star hotel this is unacceptable! I asked for a fan for the room which I was told no. Tried to have a cold shower but the cold water was warm. No bottles of water. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The room is tired and outdated. The controls for the curtains and lamps was broken. Room service food really underwhelming and very expensive. The fridge is tiny and doesn’t chill drinks. So many cut backs for a hotel if this standard is unacceptable! Especially for the money you pay. The lack of help from the staff and the over heated room was just awful.

Robert the bellman is super nice. Good restaurants around. Great breakfast. The renovated room has water dispenser which is super convenient. Location is super good.

Happy with the experience from check in to check out. Thanks for the kind staffs. PS cold& hot water tap is a great feature. The buffet breakfast is super good. Value for money as well. The swimming pool is good size and we had a good amount of time there. Will come back.
