I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Movenpick hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ comfort. The room service team consistently ensured that my suhor was delivered promptly and checked if I needed anything else. They were attentive and proactive, even if I forgot to place an order. special thanks to the housekeeping team, Rajli and Gagana, who consistently maintained my room to high standards and were always happy to assist with any requests, without complaint. Their dedication to ensuring comfortable stay was truly commendable.

Comfortable room, great service, good location

Good location (walking distance to Dubai Mall, as well as other shops and restaurants). Friendly service (especially towards our toddler, who was given a stuffed animal--in package--upon arrival). Spacious, clean, and comfortable room (upgraded upon arrival as well, which was nice, and had a view of the Burj Khalifa), with everything we needed. Comfortable bed as well. Would recommend and would stay again.

Short transit hotel stay with family

We arrived early in the morning (late hotel check-in almost 3 AM). We were assisted properly by the duty staff with our luggage. We just had an unusual verification by the front desk duty staff inquiring if the booking was made by an Accor employee (the first time we had heard of in our many travels to Europe). We sent an earlier request if the hotel rooms that will be assigned can be near each other or at least in the same floor as we have young children with us. Unfortunately, the first room assigned smelled like cigarette smoke hence we requested a different room. The breakfast experience was pleasant as the receptionist and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, we were able to avail a late check-out for this stay. The hotel location is very well-situated from the Dubai Mall, a good walking distance.
