just to improve : confusing having 3 hotels with similar names so experienced going to wrong one but gently have been adviced when warning on morning shift that room door not closing well automatically so have to verify and make sure door is closed : answered received : yes we already know.

great team working at the Mercure, very friendly, always happy to help, very resourceful and very flexible. Rooms were also nice and the overall hotel facilities were very good but the big + is really the team working in the hotel.

generally very good room was nice big enough for 2 of us however unable to cool the room down as AC unit would only allow to heat the room not cool
