We complained the first evening that our room was hot and no air and told someone will check it out. Nothing changed and had a sleepless night. Second day made another complaint and a person came to repair but said nothings wrong there is no air this time of year gave us a fan. Another sleepless night. Third night we changed rooms. There was air in this room, much more comfortable, able to sleep. Upon check out we asked for one night compensation. The best the manager could do is not charge for parking$95 and took additional $50 off our invoice. Liked location but won’t return.

The front desk was friendly and it was a nice stay. The housekeeping was good too and the room was clean upon arrival. What could have been better was if the room was vacuumed in between the stay during the requested housekeeping days.

This is a very convenient location. We daily used the subway to the union station area. Rooms were very nice and beds very comfy. The people in the breakfast buffet area were absolutely lovely and accommodating. I’d give them a 20 star!!!
