Disgusting

Hands down the most disgusting hotel room I've ever stay in. There are stray hairs all over the room. On the bed, in the shower, on the walls... the clean (?) Towels. Tons of bugs. Terrible sheets. I'm going to take a bath in bleach when I get home. Horrible. Room is tiny which would be fine if it didn't look like chewbacca had shaved his pubes on every surface

The hotel has a very good location, right next to a tram stop and within walking distance to two metro stops. The rooms are not too spacious but are modern and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

Lovely, friendly staff..good location near metro,2 stops to Duomo..supermarket around the corner,walking distance to Central train station...great sized family room.. we would highly recommend this hotel.
