We had a wonderful couple of days at the Sofitel on Collins … everything from Check in to check out was just beautiful. We’ve stayed many times and eaten at the restaurant and it never disappoints. This was the first time at The Club which we loved! Breakfast, Afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks fabulous! Mixologists at the Atrium Bar fantastic too. Jessie was so knowledgeable and fun! To top it off a bottle of birthday bubbles to welcome us in the room on ice was such a very special touch! Thankyou 💖

The Sofitel was an amazing experience all round! The service levels by all staff was very professional and delivered with excellent customer service skills . The staff delivering room service at even 1am for the family were still smiling and happy to serve and even offered to bring us an extra chair. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and wow excellent quality menu delivered by knowledgeable and caring staff even at the front desk. The reception folk were very welcoming , friendly and very enthusiastically advised to contact them if we needed anything ! Overall a great hotel with high quality food and excellent customer service ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
