The bath towels were old and one of them was torn. The air conditioning located over the bed in a very cramped room. the apartment needs renovation.

The stay was good, breakfast as well. Something very uncomfortable happened where I found a woman`s underwear in my room in my third day of stay, no one in the reception managed to explain what happened and if for some reason my wife was with me in that day, it would be hard to explain. Also, the receptionist was not helpful when I asked for the hotel receipt and he insisted it would only be sent to the company that booked my room but I am required to attach the hotel expenses in my Company's Expenses tool and the receptionist refused to print it to me.

Prezado Sr. Andre, Bom dia. Lamento o ocorrido durante sua estada, informo que este foi um problema pontual, jamais ocorrido em nossa unidade. O nosso departamento de governança advertiu o colaborador sobre o caso e sobre a limpeza do quarto. Mesmo assim entendo o impacto disso em sua hospedagem, mas espero reconquistar sua confiança para uma nova estada. Referente a nota fiscal, quando a hospedagem é realizada e paga direto pela agência, a nota fica sob responsabilidade da agência. Sobre todos os valores pagos diretamente no hotel emitimos o recibo dos mesmos no momento do check out. Mais uma vez lamento a inconveniência causada e asseguramos-lhe que serão tomadas as medidas necessárias com vista à melhoria da qualidade que nos referiu. It is in a good location, but the structure is old, ugly and stuff like the TV does not work, Internet is very bad, shower pressure is not satisfactory, the AC is very noisy and is not strong enough to cool the room.
